The Villa degli Ulivi is set amongst the pleasant hills of the Spoltore district which is only 13 Km from Pescara.

From the Villa garden you can enjoy a superb view that extends from the Gran Sasso mountain range to that of the Maiella, also revealing the valley of Pescara.

It is a quiet and tranquil area, as near to the main coastal resorts as it is to the mountain centres (Voltigno, Villa Celiera, Farindola, Campo Imperatore, Rigopiano to name but a few).

This area is full of artistic and historical interests as well, reflecting rural tradition.

Around the Villa there is a specious garden in which you can have breakfast. You can book either a double or a triple-bedded room, each of wich has its own bathroom and, on request, a child's cot can be made available.

In this safe and spacious place, where childreen can play in peace while adults can enjoy total relaxation.

Enjoy a lavish breakfast, choosing from the house specialities.

Small-size pets are acceptable.

How to reach us!

From Pescara: take the S.S. 602 as far as Santa Teresa di Spoltore, then go another 6 km towards Moscufo.

From the Pescara Airport: go past the industrial zone of Sambuceto so that you can reach the S.S. 602. Go along this road as far as Santa Teresa di Spoltore, then go another 6 km towards Moscufo.

From A14 Motorway exit-Pescara-west-Chieti: take the "asse attrezzato" towards Pescara. Leave it at the industrial zone of Sambuceto and take the S.S. 602 as far as Santa Teresa di Spoltore. Then go another 6 km towards Moscufo.

From A25 Motorway-Villanova exit: travel along the S.S. 602 towards Pescara. Then go another 2 Km as far as Santa Teresa di Spoltore. Then go another 6 Km towards Moscufo.
